If circumstances arise where a registrant has to cancel plans to attend the conference, we understand. However, due to contract obligations with the conference hotel, DTUG will only be able to refund a portion of your registration fee, depending on how late a cancellation is received.

• Cancellations before the May 28 cutoff date will receive a full registration fee refund, less a $35 processing fee.
• Cancellations between May 29-June 9 will be receive a 50 percent registration fee refund.
• Cancellations after June 9, will receive no refund.

The Zermatt Resort requires a 7 day advance notice for cancellations on rooms.
